Mark Anthony Ciarlante aka TIGERMAN® created his energetic positive non-violent superhero as a result of being bullied himself as a child. He wanted to show children that there is a way out instead of being violent. By reinforcing the “Golden Rules” treat yourself and others with dignity and respect. RAH! (Reject All Hate)
